Missing pack
Hello, Today in the morning I played the Sims and everything was fine. Now when I tried to open the Holiday Free pack was missing even when I open the store and it says that I have it. Please help...

Community ManagerHey AyakaBunha , have you tried clearing the EA app cache to see if it helps? To do so, click on the three dashes in the far-left corner > Help > App Recovery > Clear cache.
