The same thing happened to me and I bought it from the EA app. I tried uninstalling the pack, but it didn't work. I don't want to start over by having to uninstall the game or anything else like that. I am very upset, because I paid real money to EA and the EA help is not helpful at all.
I'm experiencing the same problem and now nothing can be fixed. It shows me that the add-ons are not owned.
Did you already check in marketplace > my collection if it's enabled ?
