Monarch Trait Missing
I purchased the Royalty and Legacy Expansion pack. When I enter CAS, there is no monarch trait under lifestyle trait.

R&L didn't come with personality traits. You can get rewards traits from the Noble Career, the Social Puppeteer Aspiration and the Anansi Trial's.
Isn't there supposed to be a Monarch Trait under Lifestyle traits when creating a sim?
No, maybe you are confused with a Mod?
Such as the Royal Family Monarch Aspiration Mod?
