Most of my packs I bought said they’re unowned?!

I got on the Sims (console) for the first time in a couple months because I thought it sounded fun but when I got on it said that a lot of the packs that I have previously bought aren’t and we’re never owned. I have spent so much money on this game and for it all to disappear like that is mortifying. Where did it all go??

Edit: For clarification, I have restarted the Xbox, went to the play store, and went on the game. None of its working.

    @licharleeil  Do you mean that the packs you bought for PC/Mac are not listed as owned on console, or that the packs you bought for console aren't showing up anymore?  For the first, this is normal: Sims 4 content doesn't transfer between platforms, so if you want to play on console, you'll need to buy the base game and packs specifically for that console.
