@ryanpuppylover,  I seriously doubt that EA will do any version conjoined twins .  For one, this would be hard to market. 😕 And there are other much more common disabilities/illnesses (such as paraplegic, blindness, deafness, cerebral palsy, asthma, etc.) that people have requested that would be more likely to be incorporated into the game over conjoined twins.  But one of the problems is that for many of these conditions, all completely new animations, meshes, clothing, etc. would have to be made.  And for conjoined twins I would think that this is even more tricky to do.  Which brings me to my second point in that there are many types of conjoined twins, and all of the clothing and animations would basically have to be reinvented for all age groups for every type of conjoined twin! 🤨 This is extremely time consuming and wouldn't be cost effective for EA to do this.  And it would have to be done tastefully so as not to cause distress to people who have these conditions -- people who already have an extremely difficult life! 😞

For the question of more worlds, yes, there will be more worlds, but no body knows how many or when.🤔 They probably won't be as big as you suggested, although I think a lot of people would love that! ❤️  Most of the new worlds will come with new EPs or GPs, but it is possible that they could give us another world like they did with New Crest. 😎🙂

As for new packs, nobody knows when they will come out.  Most of us here just volunteer and don't actually work for EA.  But even for those here that do work for EA, they probably don't know when the new packs are coming, and even if they do know, they aren't allowed to say anything yet! 😇  There is an article on the Sims Community site that has clips of Sims voice artists recording new Simlish for an upcoming pack.  This is usually done towards the end of making a pack.  I can't link the site (incase they have Mods on them) but you can Google "The Sims Community" and then search for the article and video titled "SPECULATION: New The Sims 4 Game Pack / Expansion Pack planned for First Quarter of 2019".  From the video I get the feeling that this could be a witches/wizard pack, but that is just my observation and feeling; you might have a different take on it! 😉  Granted, other people who commented thought the same thing I did, but it surprised me since I thought the next EP or GP would probably be a University pack! 😳😃  Anyway, the vocalizations seem fun and interesting and I can't wait to see animations to go with the Simlish!
