My child sim is broken and i don’t know why

i went offline before the update and opened my game like normal and everything seemed fine. My child sim has the “loose tooth” moodlet and when they went to school and lost their tooth, the ui changed to remove all cc, put them in the same exact outfit for all outfit situations, and their skin is not there. like instead of skin, it looks like code or something. but when i go into cas, they are completely normal. can anyone let me know if this is a mod/cc issue? My child sim so far is the only child sim with this issue.
