My dog is pregnant but hasn’t had a baby yet

Someone help...

So i created a household about 2 weeks ago now..and i got my dog pregnant the day i made the household and since then it’s not had the puppy yet??..and i go on the exact household every night before bed to see if the dog will give birth and that about 2hours every night and it takes about 72 hours sim life until the dog gives birth.....??

Its not a bug because i’ve search it and no one has had this like me and it’s not my device because i got it 3 weeks ago
