sulani water is not working

hi, i bought island living yesterday and after a few hours of playin, my sims suddenly can´t use the water in sulani anymore.thet can´t swim. the game says there isn´t enough depht,even in deep water.

i don´t use mods or custom content.is this a knownbug? any solucion?
