My gallery refuses to load

My sims 4 gallery refuses to load no matter what I do. At first, when I opened the gallery, it would show the loading sign for a while and then the EA app would autonomously close on my desktop and the gallery still wouldn't load. I have tried deleting my localthumbcache, updating my mods, disabling my mods, going offline and then online. moving my tray folder to my desktop, repairing the game and it still will not load. Now, whenever,  I open the gallery it just tries to load for a while and then shows no results found. Is there any way I can fix this? I don't know what else to do at this point.
