My Game Will Launch But cannot load into the world

My game boots up perfectly fine but the second I click resume game it loads for a while then it sends me to the worlds page with a messaging containing this error code: 123:1034405:ff49c79f and then ...

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

Please make sure to keep mods/cc out of your game for doing this.
