My grim reaper event rewards are unlocked but I can't claim them
I've seen a lot of people have issues with this event, but no one has this exact issue. I don't have any mods and I have the game on Steam. Does anyone know how to fix this?

@arj2543d You can claim this in a save only. There's some that you can claim on the main menu, others just in the save itself.
How do you do that. Because there’s no prompts in my game to collect the rewards at all
@HomezLaw2 Do you have the reaper icon ?
Just click on that in the game. If you have something else going on, it will be smaller next to the goals.You should then get the same window to claim.

Hi, I have the same issue but when I click the reaper on the upper left hand corner during live mode and still could not retrieve the rewards. Tried deleting mods, CCs, removing my accountdataDB.package out of the folder and still the same issue. 😕
I am have this same problem. No matter what I can't open the "reaper's rewards" in a save. I have even made a new save to try again and still nothing.
