My Male Sims are "Invisible"

I play the Sims pretty much every night, but for some reason, I have been dealing with a problem for the past two weeks since the update recently.. So I cant see any of the Male sims in the CAS screen and when I do submit them into the world they are just "invisible". like they aren't there. now I do use mods but I went through my mods and cleared out the ones that must have been the problem, I repaired and tried to play the game again, but I had the same issue. then I removed all the mods and played it, and I had the same problem. Now I just uninstalled the game waited two days then installed it back and today it's the SAME problem. Could you tell me what I should do? Because Ever since this update I can make female sims fine... but I can't make any Men and it's so annoying..
