I used CAS to create a new family. I’ve gone to move them into a lot, but they have -140,000 meaning they can’t afford anywhere.
FreeRealEstate cheat was enabled, lots turned green but when I go to click the tick it says I cannot afford the lot.
Motherlode cheat isnt working to give them more funds either. So I’m just stuck in limbo.
Don't know if this will work, but if you have Get Famous, the little park is 0 simoleons when you bulldoze it. How in the world did they get in debt, lol?
Added: Also, if that doesn't work, this is what I would try. Start with a new sim, cheat as much money as you want onto him/her, and then move him in with your family in manage worlds, or them with him if from library. Then you can get rid of him by moving him back out but leaving his money.
Maybe you could merge them with another family delete or evict that existing household and then use the motherlode cheat to get the house of their dreams. and fix their financial woes.
