My Newcrest town is empty

Hi, I've just downloaded Sims 4 and when I went into Newcrest the whole town is empty. I've tried updating and repairing the game but it's still the same. Please help.

@miori90 Sorry for the confusion. Newcrest is supposed to be entirely empty lots for you to build your own town (or download buildings/lots from your library or the community gallery). No worries, there is nothing wrong with your game. Have fun!

My Newcrest is empty all the time, even if I fill it with lots - the next time I go on there is nothing there. Maybe cach needs clearing.

@binnroad If you make a save, can you load that one again after exiting the game?

Make sure that your user files are located through this path: Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4, and that you have disabled OneDrive.
