My pack does not appear in the game

Hello everyone, three days ago I bought the Island living pack on sale. I had trouble downloading it but by logging out of the EA app and reinstalling the game I managed to make it appear. The problem now is that it appears downloaded, I can even go to the image of the expansion in the EA app and click on play, except that once in the game I have neither objects nor the world nor accessories that appear. Even inside the game it is marked that I have the pack but it still does not work. If someone can help me I am desperate 🙏🏻 I thank you in advance.
