my pets wont breed

Hi everyone. I am wondering why my dogs aren't breeding. I've done the "Be Nice To..." options many times yet its still not working. I also have Seasons and the current season in the game is summer and it's a really hot day. My dogs are male and female and the male is a Irish Terrier and the female is a Alaskan Malamute. Iv'e looked at so many forums and websites and nothing has helped. If anyone would help that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 🙂

**EDIT** They are both adults and I do have aging on 🙂

    You need to use "Encourage to mate with..." not just "Be nice to...". The Female must be in heat. Look for little heart coming from her.

    That's the thing. The "Encourage to mate with" Is not working. It may be to do with mods conflicting with the game but I am not sure

    @tweeg04, You will have to temporarily remove you Mods folder to your desktop and then test your game.  If it then works, you know that one of your Mods was conflicting with it.  If it doesn't work then you at least know the problem is something else. 😉  If the problem turns out to be one or more of your Mods, then you will have find out which one is the culprit.

    Click on "Encourage to mate with". Pets cant breed if they're neutered/spayed, most of the adopted pet are neutered/spayed.
