My settings won’t save…

What happens when the bug occurs?: My settings fall back to default settings.

What do you expect to see?: My game settings to remain the same and not go back to default settings.

Did this issue appear after a certain patch or change made to your system?: yes
Describe the patch or change you made: Ever since my game updated for the “Nature’s Calling” event, my game settings would reset back to the default settings every time i enter the game and play a household. The only settings i change is the size of the margins and disabling the controls legend. After i change and hit “apply changes”, it’ll be fine and then i’ll leave the game, but when i start the game again my settings are defaulted and the controls legend is on again. This isn’t just me, this also happens to my mom too because she plays sims on the xbox one. How can this be fixed?
