My sim would sleep but suddenly she would wake up for no reason.

@gtabestplayer123 several of my Sims starting doing this. They wake up, look at furniture or decor they like and then I prompt to go back to sleep. Every single time they get up they go to look at decor. So for me it's something in like dislike or the deco pack. Only some do it and I've yet to understand why some do and others don't
