@Closingwinter1 Did you delete all your cache files:
https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/delete-cache-files/ ?Really a bit unsure what else to suggest especially since it works for residential lots.Is it any kind of community ? What happens if you switch a community to residential, does it start working ?
EDIT: Are you clicking on the actual lot or the neighborhood icon ?
Newcrest doesn't have any community lots.
