Can't Connect to Gallery

Hey, so I've had issues connecting to the gallery for a while now. It keeps prompting me to connect online, but I haven't had to before this started happening, I could just automatically connect to the Gallery. Every time I click the connect button, it just keeps loading and loading but it never seems to actually connect. It never says that connection failed or anything, it just keeps loading as if it's trying to connect online. I've tried to just sit and wait for it to connect, but it just keeps spinning like it trying to connect. I've tried moving my sims 4 folder onto my desktop and trying again to connect but the same thing still happens. I disabled my Mods and CC and it still does the same thing. I've tried deleting old saves and clearing the cache (which I'm still not entirely sure how to do), but nothing really seems to be working. I'm not really sure what else to do, and I'm on an iMac so I can't turn off my Bluetooth because I'd be unable to use my computer. Has anyone else had this problem or maybe knows how to fix it?
