My Sims Family

My sims family disappeared when i logged in and they aren't in my library. It took me months to build that family and it just disappeared and i'm devastated. I don't know how to fix this but a notification popped up about my video card.

cc or mods removed

    did they disappear from the game or just your library ?

    If it's the first, is it just one family or is the entire save gone ?

    At which point did you remove your mods/cc ?
