My sims game will not launch
My Sims 4 game will not launch. Sometimes it says that an update is required to launch, although the game and EA app are both up to date. Other times it has an endless "Preparing Game..." screen. Sometimes it gives the "Game cannot launch" error. I have cleared caches, taken out all mods and custom content, repaired the game and app, and uninstalled and reinstalled both as well. It has been an issue for days now, and I am unsure what to do.
