My Sims won't do Wohoo anymore and most romantic interactions won't work

It started with one couple in my legacy challenge. Every time I wanted them to Wohoo they would start the anymation, but as soon as it was finished, at the point where they usually go to the bed the interaction stopped and both Sims just stopped moving like I would have resetted them. The other couples in the household still could Wohoo. But now in playing in a different save file and it won't work either. Some of the romantic interactions stop the same way too. I already repaired the game like 3 times and I was hoping the update would fix it, but I feel like it just made it worse.
