Not a huge issue just honestly a bit irksome.
For some reason whenever loading into a family with a baby they always end up NEXT to the crib not IN it and it’s just mild annoyance and idk why it does that for every baby/toddler
My sims also never do the actions for the diaper pails ;-; do you have to position them in a certain way? I had it work in the beginning but it eventually stopped.

Do you mean infants ? Babies are tied to their crib. This was fixed a few patches ago: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/FIXED-Infants-teleporting-outside-of-crib-when-resuming-game/td-p/12445426 so is your game updated ? If not, please create a new bug report (here or at AHQ).
What do you mean by action for the diaper pails ? Do they not put the diapers in the trash ? You need to dock the trash can to the changing table. Don't think they do it if you change the diapers outside of the changing table.
