My Werewolf keeps canceling his talk with client and instead goes hunting

My werewolf sim is a freelance writer and I'm trying to get him to talk to a client, but half way through, the action cancels and he goes hunting regardless of his hunger meter or if he has meat in his inventory. I tried to use another computer and even went to the library which worked at first but then started to happen at the library too. I even tried to do a repair on the game. Still the issue hasn't been fixed. I don't know what else to do.
