    Read an article on gamerant - they gave a tip that if you can't see the chair in the options, you have to claim the reward, which is the chair.

I am level 10 in handiness and have tried both crafting tables and the option is not there.

    I figured it out - 
    You have to claim it as a reward from the event first. Then it shows up as an option at the woodworking table.
