    Read an article on gamerant - they gave a tip that if you can't see the chair in the options, you have to claim the reward, which is the chair.

HelloabcfN95M2hhdcQ​  You can claim it in the event screen, where you claim all the other rewards for the event. If you click “ claim all” there, then you will get all the rewards that you have earned so far in the event.
