[NCQE] Event Not Triggering

I couldn't find the gallery, then found in settings I had disabled Online Social Features Access. I enabled that, restarted the game, and now the event is working. Thank you so much!

Apparently other people will see a plumbob show up next to the leaves icon. I do not have that plumbob option, no matter how I interact with the leaves icon. I'm in live mode. I've restarted the game, restarted the EA app, and disabled mods/restarted the game. NOTHING works. Need EA to make this work when the content they're providing is both LIMITED and UNAVAILABLE for purchase. Any ideas? I'm on PC, my game is updated.
