@GothBabii MCCC has it's own story progression. Are you sure it's not happening from that mod ?
It's possible, however I never used to have this issue and I dont know how I would turn it off to completely stop the sims in my world from moving in/out and having babies, how would I turn off story progression through MCCC?

Best test is to remove the mod, test on a backup of you save and see if they still move.
