[Laptop/Windows 11] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery

I've had this problem for a few days. I want to enter the gallery but it shows me that I need to connect to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings. The event doesn't show up for me at all anymore. Im on laptop and have the latest update. I play the base game and I don't have any mods installed.

Are you referring to the Lady Bridgerton event here: [LBMB] Lady Bridgerton event not registering log-ins?

With the Gallery, we have a lot of connection troubleshooting steps that we encourage you to go through if you haven't already done so. It'd be best to start by clearing the EA App's cache and testing your connection with a mobile hotspot.
