New Stairs don't work

Tried using the stairs mastercraft, steps of wood, lava steps. All of them worked fine in other towns. Tried them again in Sulani and only the Lava steps would work right. The other caused the error of the sims not climbing the steps, just appearing at the top and bottom. I'm pretty sure the roof thing and stair thing are new errors to the Sulani game, didn't have the problem before the new game was installed.
Also didn't have any mods in game when I tried this.

Does it happen on any Sulani Lot ?
Don't know about that any lot thing, just the one lot I built.
In case this helps, the lot I built is called Island Vacation Home, I uploaded it to the Gallery yesterday. Had to change the stairs to a normal set to get it to work. I build lots of houses.
