New telescope does not give space print collectibles

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.91.205.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, except kits, high school years, werewolves, wedding stories, batuu.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use the new smaller telescope, chose any option, you won't get collectible space prints
What happens when the bug occurs? you won't get collectible space prints
What do you expect to see? to get space prints. The larger telescope is still working properly.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The smaller telescope that came with a recent update does not give your sim collectible space prints.

The options of this smaller telescope are identical to the larger one, therefore you would expect they would function the same and would both give you the space prints.

It is annoying because this smaller one takes up a lot less space, so I prefer to use that one.
