Gallery filter 'Show owned' is not working correctly

Hello EA Team,

I would like to report a bug with the Gallery in The Sims 4. The Filter option that should only show content using the packs I own does not seem to work correctly.

When I select the option "Show owned" in the Pack filters, I still get households, lots and other creations that contain items from packs I do not own.

This makes it difficult to find creations that I can actually use in my game, brcause the filter does not properly hide content from packs that are unavailable to me.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the Gallery in The Sims 4
  2. Open the pack filters
  3. Select " Show owned"
  4. Sherch for creations
  5. Results still include content from packs that are not owned

I hope this issue can be fixed so the Gallery correctly filters creations based on the packs the player owns.

    Hi,  thanks for your relpy 

    yes, i did tick Using Only These

    However, when i enable that option, the Gallery tells me that no Results were found, even though there should be creations available that only use the packs I own.

    If i disable Using only These, I do get Results, but still include creations that use packs I dont own.

    So unfortunately, the Filter still doesnt seem to work correctly for me.
