No Bonus Items!

Product: The Sims 4

Just bought Life and Death pack for the Sims 4 and didn't get the Legacy Family Portrait, Music Box, and Mask. It's release day and we have until Dec 12th. Why didn't I get the items? Never got the items for Lovestruck either.

    Hi I pursched perordered  The sims 4 life and death and I didn't get the bounus conent. Is this happening to just me or  other players, I have the wprld and normal stuff just not the bonuos conent

    Hi,

    I bought the life and death dlc and did not receve the bonus content?

    The only reaason I can think off is that I had to buy the dlc off a third party website because the ea app didn't let me purchase it.

    @EA_Cath I have the same problem.
    I was gifted the pack so I was sent a redeem code but didn't get the bonus content

    @PixieNyx92  In this case, I believe, the bonus content should be separate code. At least that was the case for me when I bought the last three EPs through Czech internet store Alza. The code for the game was in the retail box and the code for the bonus content was given to me separately through Alza's in-store library. That tells me the game will not give you the bonus items even if you activate the game code in the "pre-order" window. Purchasing through online apps like EA App, or Steam should do that, but codes purchased elsewhere obviously will not and you need separate code for the bonus items.

    I bought Lovestruck and Life & Death on instant gaming.com. I got the bonus items figured out for Life and Death but not Lovestruck. I talked to the site I got the packs from and they said EA didn’t send the right codes. I ordered before the deadline for the bonus items. But since the deadline has pasted only EA can fix the mistake.

    I pre-ordered The Sims 4 Life and Death expansion on the 28th of October, but the bonus items aren't in my game. I can't find anyone that knows how to unlock them? I had the same problem with "Cottage Living", but I did find someone that knew how and unlocked them on my account? Can someone help me?
