No face glitch

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.103.315.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cottage living, city living, cats and dogs, seasons, get famous, island living.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? ?
What happens when the bug occurs? So when the infant turns into a toddler their face disappears. You can only see the teeth and hair they got on. And that face doesn't disappear when they grow up. Also some npc's around town has the same glitch. Honestly I tried everything. I deleted my cc and tray files nothing changed.
What do you expect to see? I expect for the face glitch to disappear so toddlers and townies have their faces back.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

@Martab612 See if a Game Repair helps.

@Martab612 You say you removed mods, but did you remove the whole Mods folder and delete the file called localthumbcache? (That cache holds some memory of mods/CC, among other things.) Even if you did, try this clean folder test:

Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.

Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options.

Start a new game, load a family with an infant, and age it up.

if that works: Exit, copy your save files (not the folder!) into the new Saves folder, and use Load to bring up your previous save and test it
