No game options in game options tab

Since the new update, I only have 3 options under the game options tab, graphics, music and audio, and nothing comes up upon selecting those options either. I've removed my mods folder, app cache and all other cache as well, along with repairing the game and still nothing.. also I am unable to enter the market place. When I do the game usually freezes, and sometimes I am able to enter then when clicking on content, it comes up all glitched out, then again the game freezes.. any suggestions?
