No more npcs on both University common rooms?

Usually there are NPCs sims that occupies the common rooms of the university such as Darby Den and Larry's Lagoon, but I notice it's like completely empty besides the cafeteria workers and sometimes ...

The university events are completely screwed up right now. This should be moved to bug reports.

@lucombre I'm also having this problem. No one as at the UBrite Commons when I send my Sim there. The cafeteria worker shows up briefly, then leaves.
