No option for complaints/discus fear of Unfulfilled Dreams

my sims is sad/angry due to fear of filling unfulfilled but can not discuss the fear or have the option of complaints to vent or complain about it. i took all my mods out to make sure that they weren...
cc or mods removed

  • What platform are you playing on ?
  • Do you have the 'fear' bubble on your Sim where it tells you to discuss your fears ?
