No option to change romantic preferences

My game doesn't allow me the option to change romantic preferences. I thought I was just missing this feature after downloading the latest patch but just bought Lovestruck hoping to fix it and it's still not working. This is to do with CAS, and not being able to change jealously triggers etc.

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.329.1020 DX9
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By using CAS.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I go into CAS and look at my sims romantic preferences, there's no way to change jealously type etc. It just doesn't exist.
What do you expect to see? Jealousy preferences.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes, since the Lovestruck patch.
Please describe the patch or change you made. The most recent update with Lovestruck.

  • @ladysimmington Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache and then try again on a backup of your save,

Thank you, when you say a back up, do you mean before adding the mod folder back?

@ladysimmington With backup I mean a copy of your save game, not the original one as starting the game without mods/cc will remove all cc you have.

So make a copy of your save first or use save as to create a backup. Then test that with the mods folder removed.
