No relationship with other sims

My SIMS have lost ALL their relationship information with other sims, which was built recently. In all my Sims in all the Worlds saved in this saved Game. If I go out of this Game to another saved Game this is not an issue. 

When you go into the sims profile the relationships are not there and disappeared. So in create a sim, it does show sims still married as spouses, sons, daughter etc. but there isnt any gained relationship.

I do have mods on, But I have never had this issue before. I did download the most recent event items and then I noticed it happened.

    Please follow these steps to test  your game on vanilla game with no mods/cc

    • Create a backup of your save game
      - Move your mods folder to the desktop
      - Delete the following files from your user folder.
        - localthumbcache
        - Any lastException Files
        - Any LastCrash files.
      - Test your save (you will loose all cc on the save but since you created a backup you can go back to that afterwards) and see if the same error occurs, then report back.
