No rewards or notifications for Wedding Events

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.98.158.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? everything except for Batuu,
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? host any wedding event and finish it.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no pop up when you finish the event. No information on how you did and you will receive no rewards. The event will simply be over and if you try hosting another one you can see the medal you got in the menu. There is no socials or memories of the event after either
What do you expect to see? the same as in "normal" events: a pop up "gold event, silver..." and the rewards earned in the household inventory.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. i played last in April (before the april patch i think). Did all the patches between then and the 01.07.23. It worked before and is not working anymore.

tried with a new save file (new game) completely vanilla. same thing.

    @mo5na That's what all the guides and everyone I asked say about the MWS wedding events

    Since you can set your own goals it's different from all other events. If you don't have MWS, you still get the old event and everything so that's why it probably still shows a trophy when you try to do another event.

    If you didn't get a milestone, create a bug report for just the milestone and one for just the moodlet. I'm guessing this should be triggered by the actual getting married act and not the event as such so it might be worth testing on another save (or a backup of yours) if you really don't get the moodlet after exchanging vows.

    I checked my couple that I got married via the MWS event and they do have their milestone

    so it's normal that NOTHING happens? no pop up, that it ended in bronze/silver/gold, no memory of it at all, no buff, nothing?

    @mo5na I think so. The last one I played just ended when I moved my Sims together and nothing else happened. I'm not using the pack much though.

    What do you mean by memories ? Milestones ? I think there should be one for getting married. I'm guessing that part would be a bug if it doesn't trigger and I'm guessing if you did get married there should be a moodlet for that. I can't remember if mine had one when I last used it.

    EDIT: To be sure, you did exchange vows and the game recognizes them as married now ?

    There used to be a "just married" moodlet that kept them happy for 2 days or something like that. But for the rest of it: yes they are considered married and if i'd check to start another event the symbol for "that one was done with gold".

    So i don't think the "just ending without any pop ups" is what's supposed to happen.

    The milestone I have too, it's just a buff I'm missing. 

    but I guess it's not a bug, but MWS being seriously sad ^^

    I googled before the report and asked in a error support server and it seems and everything said there should be rewards etc.

    This pack will never not be bugged and it gets me so mad. There are rewards because I've been getting trophies for certain events, and if this is a bug then awesome
