No romance interaction options

Hi! I am new to sims and I am playing sims 4 one day now but I have not seen any romance options. I can only choose funny, mean or friendly. Even when I played the already established families with romantic relationships, there were no romance social interactions.

I have not used any mods just cheats. Can someone pls help me?

    @kbehlic Just to confirm, do you also not have any non-gameplay custom content? If that's the case, try doing a Game Repair in the EA App/Origin.

    Yes I have no CC, and already tried repairing the game in Origin multiple times. Also removed the sims4 file from electronic arts to start over, and I do have the romantic options in the new game but I don’t know how to fix my old game 😭
