No romantic interactions bug

Hello, whenever i try to have my sims either kiss each other or any other romantic interactions such as asking to be in a relationship. It doesn't have that interaction with any of my sims even though they have maxed out both romantic and friendship bars. I'm not sure if this is a bug or something just on my end but I'm not sure how to fix it. I've updated my mods and repaired it but its still not working.

    Hi AbiiN​ 

    someone else posted something similar and for them it was a mod issue.

    Please follow these steps to test  your game on vanilla game with no mods/cc

    • Create a backup of your save game
    • Move your mods folder to the desktop
    • Delete the following files from your user folder.
      •  localthumbcache
      •  Any lastException Files
      •  Any LastCrash files.
    • Test your save (you will loose all cc on the save but since you created a backup you can go back to that afterwards) and see if the same error occurs, then report back.

    Have u checked ur family tree? Cause this is how i noticed the game added a common ancestor/parent to my married sims and instead made them siblings. I posted about this issue in another thread.
