no survey

It's the same for me. I have the enable surveys box checked, but I never get surveys appear in my game. I load up the game regularly and only hear about surveys well after they've happened. I haven't participated in a survey since early 2020. I don't know why I don't get the surveys. I want to take part in them. I wonder if you have to be in a certain region to get them.
Just updating to my previous comment. Yesterday I unchecked the enable in game surveys box, clicked apply, then checked the box again and clicked reply. Today when I hoped into the game there was a survey button and it asked me about the Happy at Home Log in Events. I'm still disappointed I missed the survey from last week asking about our feedback on the game. I really wanted to say that the game's challenges and drama doesn't impact my game and that I like it that way. I'm worried only the ones who want it were asked and it's going to be forced on all players, because there was no way for me to say I don't want it.
