@JacSLB2 You mean the degrees you already had completed and were showing before are no longer showing (you're edit).

With their issue, they didn’t receive their degree or portraits. I didn’t attend the graduation but I received the degree in two of my households. In another household I have, I attended the graduation and received the graduation portrait, the degree, and the career bonus. But when I went into the game recently, it doesn’t show that they graduated in the job panel and can no longer get a career bonus because it’s like they never went to college at all, although, they have their diplomas.

It sounds like you got two different issues and it might be best to make a second thread for the loss of the degrees you already have.All the households that graduated had/has received their degrees and had the career bonus up until recently when the career bonus no longer showed up and the game responded as if they never went to college at all. However, their degrees are still there. They received them but the completion of the degree does not show up in the job panel.
