No vacation days/Work

Question

No vacation days. Whenever my sims have a holiday or take a vacation day the 'Go to work' button in the work section will still show up and if they don't go their meter for promotion goes down as if they skipped work. This has been happening for a while. At least a few months and even though I have played this game for over 1000 hous I just figured out how to do bug reports. Anyway, this bug is especially annoying if my sims are burning out or burned out and they need a free day but then I would have to do it at the expense of their promotion.&nbsp;
