No Woohoo

I updated my game yesterday with the latest patch for Sims 4. Just for reference I am playing on PS5 I don't have any mods or CC. All of a sudden none of my Sims in any of my worlds whether they're married or they're single or they're engaged have the option to woohoo. And at first I thought like oh if I restart my game that would work it did not work. I tried deleting my Sims and moving them into a new lot it did not work. I tried taking my Sims to a community lot to see if they would be able to woohoo there they are not able to. Also something weird was going on when I was trying to decorate my Sims homes I was unable to delete anything and I had to keep going out to live mode and coming back into build mode in order for me to be able to place things in certain places. I restarted my game and I left it off for a while and I turned it back on and the build mode live mode situation was fixed but my sim still cannot woohoo. I don't know who else is having this issue but this sucks
