I have no mods or CC installed or enabled. And I don't think repairing the save would help because this is the only bug I'm experiencing and it seems very logical that it would be happening because, as I said, it's just a routing error for these NPC Sims. I don't think the save file is broken, and it's been happening since I made this save. This is the first time I've ever lived in this apartment, too, so I have nothing else to compare it to in terms of living there, but it's never happened to me on any other lots in San Myshuno.
And the routing error makes sense because the Sims are always walking through the apartment to the alleyway instead of around it, meaning it's just an issue of the Sims ignoring the lot and walking through it, which, because it's in the sky, causes them to teleport up and into my apartment to walk through it to get where they're going, sometimes getting trapped inside while spinning in circles.
@Sm00re1 It would be very good if you could test if it was just that save. Just start a new one and see if it happens too.
It's a standard troubleshooting step to see if it's a general issue or an issue with the save game itself.
A game repair often helps with issues and unless you are on limited internet data or have a very slow connection, should only take a few moments.
Did you also test other apartments ?
Could you maybe also post a video ?
I have this issue aswell and it happens with Jasmine suites (im not sure if thats right) which is right next to the lot the OP was reffering to. I have repaired my game numerous times and it still happened. I always thought it was my mods and/or cc that started it but I determined it wasn't
