I realize this post is quite old but I was having the same issue and out of sheer exasperation I typed a space and nothing else, and then hit search - lo and behold, THE ENTIRE DEBUG APPEARED! Plants, cars, rocks, waterfalls, it's all there!

omg... you just saved my life. BBB/tool broke my game and it wouldn't fix even after deleting them, i really didn't want to have to reinstall, finally this actually worked. thank you so much😭

I cannot believe it but this worked for me! It seemed strange that a brand new expansion pack came with zero debug items, but typing a space and hitting enter actually pulled them all up!
