Not getting lily or cherry in starter seeds packets

Thanks - yes, when I bought the packet of starter seeds on Tuesday for the Reaper event it worked fine, since then it hasn’t in any save file. I did find a workaround for now and was able to get those items in the specific Summer seed packets.
